"This is a wide-spectrum probiotic and enzyme blend to help maintain a healthy gut. Mine came with both an external tamper-resistant seal as well as an internal one. The pills come in small capsules and have an almost pleasant smell not rancid or stale. The bottle that I received expires over a year in the future. Each bottle contains 60 capsules and they recommend taking 2 capsules per serving. One important note. I didn't notice until I was taking photos for this review but there's a note in fine print on the bottle that these capsules contain milk soy and wheat so if you're allergic steer clear!"

"I have been very happy with this supplement. It contains 18 enzymes and 3 million probiotics. I definitely has been helping my have a healthier gut. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle arrived sealed. Most important to me is this is a product that is made in the USA. "I seem to have a lot of gut issues my stomach is rolling a lot and I know that your gut bacteria can affect so many things in your life. This supplement contains a whole lot of Prebiotic probiotic and post biotic ingredients. Suggested uses two capsules a day with meals. One in the morning and one in the evening. These capsules are gmp non-gmo and made in the USA. They're easy to take and have no taste. 60 capsules is a 30-day supply. Received 4/26 expiration 8/27."

The list of ingredients includes 3 Billion CFU Probiotics in addition to dried yeast fermeuntate and various digestive enzymes. The capsules are slim and easy to swallow they don't have a noticeable taste or strong smell. I've been taking two capsules as directed after eating my meals. "So far so good with the digestive supplements! Our gut and digestive system is complex and these pills are supposed to help support the microbial ecosystem keeping it healthy. The pills are easy to take no strange odor or taste. When taking it for the first week it will change your gut and stuff will come out different before it normalizes again.
