These work great. The help with digestion and good gut flora so well that these helped me while recovering from a stomach virus. Plus, these helped me eat things I usually get indigestion from, without the regular digestive issues. With these I could ear beans and lactose without problems. Less gas, less upset stomach, less upset intestines. Plus, it helped me get over nausea when I was nauseous beforehand. I was actually surprised and so thankful for the help of these capsules. I just took them when I would eat something that would normally be challenging, and I felt fine afterwards. These are so easy to take. And then you feel way better than without them. I totally recommend these. For what they do to help digestion, they are well worth it.

This is an impressive supplement because it is so comprehensive. The variety of enzymes is definitely beneficial, as well as the probiotics, though I will say it is not a lot of probiotics. One should eat yogurt as well. It is relatively easy to take.

Finally, there is 30 mg of yeast fermentate is each dose as postbiotics that would help to improve gut barrier and modulating immunity. The capsules are small and are easy to swallow. As printed on the bottle, the shelf life of this product is 2 years.

I was skeptical at first as I am with most supplements that claim to do this or do that. I noticed a less full feeling after eating; perhaps the supplement helped cut down bloating. I know I can eat a small sandwich and will feel bloated afterwards. So this does help with that aspect. I can’t say if I have more or less energy yet but I will see how things change over the coming weeks. As with all supplements people react differently so I will see how it goes. A plus is that there are no added stimulants. I drink coffee throughout the day so I do not want additional stimulants. Read the bottle to see all of the ingredients. I do recommend it for anyone with digestive issues or who is over 40 years old.

I was skeptical about these at first because they are a different approach than the standard probiotic. At the beginning they seemed to be doing nothing but after sticking with them for a week everything started to change. It's a subtle gradual change and not a nuclear option which made these all the more impressive. My issues are mainly constipation and excessive dryness. These are the only thing that alleviates that without a ton of other changes. They worked without changing anything else.

It did take time but that certainly paid off at the recommended dosage. For what they do they are well worth the cost though for some of us a dollar and a third per day is tough to upkeep. It's worth it for what it provides. It's sad we have to think so much about bowel function but as you get older it becomes vital and not easy. These are worth it.

So far so good with the digestive supplements! Our gut and digestive system is complex and these pills are supposed to help support the microbial ecosystem keeping it healthy. The pills are easy to take no strange odor or taste. When taking it for the first week it will change your gut and stuff will come out different before it normalizes again. Slight changes good or bad seems to have a temporary change in the export lol.

First this digestive complex contains a nice comprehensive and fairly extensive list of digestive enzymes. Excellent start.

I was surprised to see that it also contains probiotics since usually in my experience those are to be taken more on an empty stomach and of course since the main focus of this supplement is digestive enzymes it's to be taken with a meal; but these are carefully selected and a couple of them patented to survive stomach acids so that they can actually make it to their destination. That can often be a problem for probiotics.

But what I found the most fascinating and I had to do some reading and research on this because I had never heard of it before they include a patented blend called PreforPro. These are phages critters that eat the bad critters. Unlike antibiotics which indiscriminately destroy all the bacterium in your gut these selectively target and destroy (I think they actually eat them!) just the baddies like e.coli. This leaves you with not only a healthier gut but it creates more space for more good critters to proliferate. And they're even supplying some of those good critters! Wow!

Now I'm pretty careful about my supplements and while I saw clearly marked on the bottle that this is manufactured in a GMP facility I saw nothing about the supposed third-party testing and it left me suspicious. I looked up the company online and still didn't find any phone number for the company which did not at the time increase my confidence but there was an email. So I sent them an email requesting the paperwork to show proof of the third party testing on this supplement. And I have to say I sent that request on a Sunday and the very first thing Monday morning there it all was in my inbox and it looked to my eye quite legitimate! (I have seen fake ones before.) And they were courteous about it!

So now I am truly convinced and I think you should be too. This seems to me to be a superior digestive complex above and beyond most that you can find and I feel confident recommending it.

I get bloated after a meal. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat; the bloating comes about an hour later. I've tried some different digestive enzymes and I haven't noticed any improvement. I approached these with some skepticism but after a few days I'm cautiously optimistic that these are helping me. I take them about 5 - 10 minutes before I eat and the bloat after the meal has been noticeably improved. I tried an experiment of not taking them and the bloat came back. I've also taken them after a meal and that didn't help at all. So I'll keep with them and order more when these run out.
