I am currently working to clear a long-standing candida overgrowth and sibo from my body. I just recently found that this product existed and it is a truly thoughtful POWERHOUSE of a supplement. It attacks gut imbalance from every direction: it contains a ton of digestive enzymes, a 3B CFU probiotic blend of thoughtful probiotics that are hardy and spore-forming meaning they will make it down into the lower GI where they take hold, PreforPro (bacteriophage variety which actually virus strains that target harmful strains of bacteria while leaving healthy ones alone. They clear away harmful bacteria so that healthy strains can establish-- super important for SIBO), Yeast fermentate (activates macrophages and natural killer cells for fungal recognition, reduces cortisol response, supports intestinal lining integrity among other benefits). Feel good gut health

So far so good with the digestive supplements! Our gut and digestive system is complex and these pills are supposed to help support the microbial ecosystem, keeping it healthy. The pills are easy to take, no strange odor or taste. When taking it for the first week, it will change your gut and stuff will come out different before it normalizes again. Slight changes, good or bad, seems to have a temporary change in the export lol.

Great ingredients, great customer service

First, this digestive complex contains a nice, comprehensive, and fairly extensive list of digestive enzymes. Excellent start.

I was surprised to see that it also contains probiotics, since usually in my experience those are to be taken more on an empty stomach, and of course, since the main focus of this supplement is digestive enzymes, it's to be taken with a meal; but these are carefully selected, and a couple of them patented, to survive stomach acids so that they can actually make it to their destination. That can often be a problem for probiotics.

But what I found the most fascinating, and I had to do some reading and research on this because I had never heard of it before, they include a patented blend called PreforPro. These are phages, critters that eat the bad critters. Unlike antibiotics, which indiscriminately destroy all the bacterium in your gut, these selectively target and destroy (I think they actually eat them!) just the baddies, like e.coli. This leaves you with not only a healthier gut, but it creates more space for more good critters to proliferate. And they're even supplying some of those good critters! Wow!

Now, I'm pretty careful about my supplements, and while I saw clearly marked on the bottle that this is manufactured in a GMP facility, I saw nothing about the supposed third-party testing, and it left me suspicious. I looked up the company online, and still didn't find any phone number for the company, which did not at the time increase my confidence, but there was an email. So I sent them an email requesting the paperwork to show proof of the third party testing on this supplement. And I have to say, I sent that request on a Sunday, and the very first thing Monday morning, there it all was in my inbox, and it looked to my eye quite legitimate! (I have seen fake ones before.) And they were courteous about it!

So now, I am truly convinced, and I think you should be too. This seems to me to be a superior digestive complex, above and beyond most that you can find, and I feel confident recommending it.

They are helping me.

I get bloated after a meal. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat; the bloating comes about an hour later. I've tried some different digestive enzymes, and I haven't noticed any improvement. I approached these with some skepticism, but after a few days, I'm cautiously optimistic that these are helping me. I take them about 5 - 10 minutes before I eat, and the bloat after the meal has been noticeably improved. I tried an experiment of not taking them, and the bloat came back. I've also taken them after a meal, and that didn't help at all. So I'll keep with them, and order more when these run out.
