At 50 and still PR’ing – this liver support actually helps (no miracles, just backup)

Very good quality and mix of ingredients.

I am a big believer in giving your liver a cleanse a couple of times a year. Especially if you are exposed to a lot of toxins in your environment and food. This product has all kinds of wonderful ingredients from nature known to support the liver. In its other ingredients it has medium chain triglycerides which is good and maltodextrin which isn’t that great if you are watching your blood sugar. It’s used as a binder but I will still use this product.

I am 66 years old and I just got a dr’s report that I gave great liver function and I attribute that to these liver type supplements that I use twice a year. Of course if you are on any wrote of prescription drugs (I am not) then you should definetly check with your doctor about any conflicts between supplements and prescriptions that you are taking. I use AI myself to cross check supplements with other supplements that I am taking. Also here is another helpful tip if you are trying a new supplement; I would recommend taking half a dose for a few days just to see how it goes.

Good ingredients list.

This is a really solid liver support supplement. The ingredients are perfect for helping to keep your liver healthy. I haven't experienced any adverse side effects, and I've generally felt pretty good since I started using them.

They're formulated in the USA, although I'm not sure where they're actually manufactured.

There are 20 servings per bottle (3 capsules per day).

I think they work great so far. They're easy to take, and I plan on continuing to take them for the foreseeable future.
